PUMA - (Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility)
The PUMA made it’s debut at Expo 2010 in Shanghai China. It weighs 300 pounds and deploys Segway’s unique self-balancing technology.Each cabin is built from carbon fiber so that it can be customized for both form and function to better suit the needs of a vast variety of applications and costumers.
The new Couple - passenger EV is powered by two electric motors and lithium-ion batteries giving the PUMA a top speed of 35 mph (56km/h) and a range of 35 miles (56km) on a single charge.
